These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any legal dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

11. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve any disputes related to these Terms through binding arbitration, not in court. You also waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

This provision does not apply to disputes involving intellectual property or injunctive relief.

If you believe any Content infringes your copyright, notify us in writing with:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work

  • URL or description of infringing material

  • A statement of good faith belief

  • A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
